Step 3. Complete 30 hours of facilitated School Based Application training

  • The primary objective of this training process is to provide at least 30 hours of case-based training to school psychologists related to the assessment, intervention, and associated consultation for NC public school students who have sustained a traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Step 4. Finalize your addition to the TBI Registry

The NCDPI TBI Approved Provider Registry is exclusive to TBI evaluations for students under IDEA consideration within NC’s public schools. It does not extend beyond the scope of practice of NC public schools and is not considered comparable to training in clinical neuropsychology.
