The North Carolina Office of Exceptional Children hosts Summer Institutes each July/August. These Institutes are open to educators across the state. There are a variety of Institutes that will appeal to multiple disciplines and specialties in the field of special education. We invite you to explore this guide and register for one or more of these sessions.

This year’s Office of Exceptional Children Summer Institutes will be hosted exclusively in a virtual format. These institutes will require participants to have access to a device which has microphone and camera capabilities along with internet service that can support virtual meetings.
