- Study the content, and successfully complete all 4 Modules in online curriculum.
Step 2. Enroll in a School Based Application training group
- After completing the online curriculum, please register for a School Based Application training group
Step 3. Complete 30 hours of facilitated School Based Application training
- The primary objective of this training process is to provide at least 30 hours of case-based training to school psychologists related to the assessment, intervention, and associated consultation for NC public school students who have sustained a traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Step 4. Finalize your addition to the TBI Registry
- Once you have completed supervision, set up your online profile
- Once your profile is reviewed and approved you will be on the TBI Registry as an Approved Provider and are eligible to conduct IDEA evaluations for TBI in North Carolina public schools
